These terms are an agreement between you and Song Kram Jek ("we"), operated by an individual in Thailand. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Song Kram Jek is a web app for guild leaders and officers to manage player rosters, plan guild war parties, record and rank stats, handle check-ins and leave requests, and connect Discord. It is offered as Free and Pro plans, as described on the pricing page.
2. Accounts
- You log in with Discord or Google and are responsible for keeping that account secure.
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
- If you are under 20, you need a parent or guardian's consent before making payments.
3. Guilds and your content
- You keep ownership of the data you enter. You allow us to store and process it as needed to provide the service.
- The guild Leader is responsible for member permissions and for any public links the guild enables.
- Do not enter data that infringes others' rights or includes more personal data about others than necessary.
4. Prohibited use
- Using the service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment or inappropriate content.
- Trying to access other guilds' data or our systems without permission.
- Disrupting the service, such as sending abnormal volumes of requests or scraping with bots.
- Reselling or re-providing the service without our written permission.
5. Plans, prices and payment
- Prices are in Thai Baht and paid through Stripe.
- Credit/debit card: a monthly or yearly plan that renews automatically until you cancel.
- PromptPay: a prepayment for the period you choose, with no automatic renewal.
- Free monthly AI credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credits do not expire while the guild exists.
- If we change prices, we will give at least 30 days' notice, and new prices apply from the next billing cycle.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel renewal at any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
- The Song Kram Jek software, design and brand belong to us.
- Song Kram Jek is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the developer or publisher of Sword of Justice. Game names and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be occasional maintenance, and AI-read numbers may be inaccurate, so please review them before saving.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as in-game results or lost opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will give notice on the website or by email. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
